LIFE COACHING​ - RELATIONSHIPS
This is among the most sought after area of life coaching.  Succeeding at any endeavor is dependent on the nature and quality of your relationships.  The framework of coaching clients in the area of relationships include accurately assessing the nature and quality of current relationships and the character of those involved.  This is a crucial step in changing them.

Effective coaching is based upon genuine relationships.  Creating genuine relationships is critical to building a successful life.  We will explore intimacy’s roll in creating genuine relationships and what this looks like across the board from friendships of all kinds and with the understanding that intimacy isn’t necessarily sexual in nature.  The foundation for highest-quality interpersonal relationships are based on love and appreciating and valuing our differences.  Embracing these and more of the framework of coaching clients in this area enriches your relationships and your life, and broaden your humanity.

We will address: 
FRIENDSHIPS:  These are a special kind of interpersonal relationships that you must consciously create.  

ROMANCE:  Romance and taking responsibility for your sexual life enriches the primary relationship of couples.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION: This requires obtaining a supportive and successful mindset, perspective, and a balance of power.

FAMILY MEMBERS: You can consciously create the kind of relationship you want with family members.

PERSONAL HISTORY:  Understanding your personal history is a valuable resource for creating your desired future.

How well connected we are, and the quality of these connections are crucial factors in determining how successful you are at leaving a personal legacy that makes a positive difference.  The good news is that we are able to create, express, think, feel, and approach relationships with purpose, authenticity, appreciation, value, and love.  Establishing a clear vision and understanding of what that truly looks like will surprise you.  As you work through this program there will be a number of “ah ha” moments that are so simple yet so profound.  You may even find yourself scratching your head, asking, “How can this be so obvious yet so difficult to have come by?”  

And lastly, you will find in the months and years ahead the ease of which you are able to approach relationships, conflicts, romance, differences, and most of all love.  Love is at the core of it all, from romance, personal to corporate.  It is the framework and the powerhouse of who we become as a result of this program.

Achieving life long success in the fitness aspect of ones life is 80% dietary habits and 20% activity.  Having said that, we cannot ignore DNA and genetic propensities.  Certified Health Coach and Nutrition Advisor, Sandra Kersey, coaches clients from an approach that envelopes all components necessary to insure life long success through identifying habits as well as genetic factors that either support or sabatoge to achieve a new attitude and design to cultivate a harvest of healthy mind, body, and finances.

Nutrition is not a one size fits all approach.  So you, the client, will recieve a thorough and personalized coaching process designed to produce lasting results.

This is a process.  Before you jump on board, ask yourself, how will continuing on the journey I am currently on get me to where I want to be?  Are you ready for a results oriented journey?  Are you ready to be amazed at what surfaces, what can be overcome, and what you and your future can rise above and accomplish?


ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING & PROGRAM DESIGN
Master Certified Personal Trainer, Sandra Kersey, with over 3 decades of training and experience, is available Monday through Friday.  Times are customized to fit individual needs and availability.  Prices per session vary between $75 - $100 based on goals program design, and session package.  Additional support is made available 24/7.

Sandra will design a program to help you reach your health, fitness, and sports related goals faster and offer nutritional advice.  
Program Designs Include but not limited to:
1. Weight Loss - designed to maximize fat burning and achieve maintenance momentum and mindset.
2. Functional Fitness - enhance everyday living and activity
3. Sports/Athletic Skill Development and Enhancement
4. Health-related Exercise 
5. Elderly and Frail Exercise - focuses on maintaining and regaining independence.
6. Yoga and/or Pilates - excellent for stress reduction; muscular and joint strengthening, stretching, and releasing of blocked stresses within the body; meditation; strengthening the core as well as stability muscles; and so much more.
